Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Spray is a flexible, rubberized coating that effectively seals out water, air, and moisture. The applicator nozzle ensures a controlled spray pattern, providing a clean and even coat. To use, simply shake well and spray from a distance of 8” to 12” from the surface. Allow the product to cure between coats and before exposing it to water.

Once applied, the self-leveling formula smoothly covers small gaps and cracks, creating a watertight seal. Once dried, Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Spray is paintable and resistant to temperature and UV rays, ensuring lasting repairs. This spray is great for use on metal, concrete, wood, aluminum, brick, tile, fabric, rubber, glass, and more. Please note that it may not be suitable for all types of plastics and rubbers, and should not be used for continuous submersion or below-waterline applications.

To use this product, start by cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, grease, and oil, ensuring it is completely dry. Shake the can well and spray evenly from a distance of 8” to 12”, making sure to cover the entire surface. It is recommended to test spray on a disposable object before applying to your project. Apply multiple coats to fill all cracks and holes, allowing each coat to cure before water exposure. The full cure time is 24 hours.

To prevent clogging, ensure to turn the can away from the body towards a disposable object, turning upside down and spraying a short jet of clear gas after each use. It is essential to test the finished project with light water exposure to confirm that all cracks have been filled. If the test fails, apply additional coats. Note that this product is not suitable for gaps larger than 1/4” and should be applied at temperatures between 50°F and 120°F.

Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Spray is compatible with both latex and oil-based paints. When using oil-based paints, it is recommended to apply a primer before painting. This versatile spray is ideal for sealing roofs, gutters, skylights, flashing, chimneys (exterior use only), PVC pipe joints, windows, RVs, and various DIY projects. It should not be used inside fireboxes or chimney stacks.
