Gorilla Waterproof Caulk & Seal 100% Silicone Sealant* is a versatile sealant that effectively keeps out water, air, and moisture. It is ideal for a variety of applications such as kitchen, bath, windows, doors, automobiles, marine plumbing, gutters, and more. This long-lasting sealant is resistant to mold and mildew, and it does not yellow, shrink, or crack over time.

To use the Gorilla Waterproof Caulk & Seal, ensure that all surfaces are clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, and old sealant. It is recommended to use it in temperatures above 40°F. Unscrew the cap, fold, and screw on the nozzle, then cut it to the desired bead size. Apply the sealant by pushing the bead ahead of the nozzle, and smooth the bead immediately after application, before a skin forms.

For storage, replace the cap tightly to prevent the material from curing and store it in a cool, dry location. To reuse the nozzle, remove the cured sealant from the nozzle. Keep the sealant away from children and animals. In case of clean-up, wipe off the wet sealant immediately with a dry cloth. Isopropyl alcohol can be used following the solvent manufacturer's instructions.

The Gorilla Waterproof Caulk & Seal should not be used on wet, damp, frozen, or contaminated surfaces. It is not paintable and not suitable for underwater applications, aquariums, brick, masonry, cementitious materials, or metals sensitive to corrosion such as brass and galvanized metals. It is intended for general auto and marine applications only, not for under hood or direct gasoline exposure. For gaps larger than ½”, use a backer rod.

This sealant can be exposed to water in as little as 30 minutes based on a 3/16" bead at 70°F and 50% humidity, otherwise, wait 24 hours for it to set. It is compatible with a wide range of surfaces, including stainless steel, fixtures, countertops, laminate, porcelain, sinks, showers, tubs, tiles, granite, ceramic, gaps, cracks, painted surfaces, wood, vinyl, metal, aluminum, trim, siding, cables, glass, drywall, stone, marble, gutters, and plumbing.
