Depending on the opening to be sealed, use FLEX TAPE FLOOD PROTECTION in combination with:

FLEX PASTE FLOOD PROTECTION (CARTRIDGE) Our primary Flood Protection product. Should be used as a base coat for your first layer of protection. The cartridge nozzle allows you to target specific areas that need to be sealed. Use on windows, doors, garage doors, and all types of seams, casings, thresholds, conduits, vents and ducts, keyholes, and more.

FLEX PASTE FLOOD PROTECTION (WRAPPED SLEEVE) Use on larger areas, flat surfaces, or directly on top of our other Flood Protection products. Great for basement widows, pet doors, crawlspaces, seams, windowsills, foundation cracks, and more.

FLEX SEAL LIQUID FLOOD PROTECTION Use primarily as a final layer of protection to help seal any small pinholes or openings that may have been missed. Brush a generous amount directly on top of our other Flood Protection products. Each coat should be wider and overlaps previous layers of our Flood Protection products.

FLEX SEAL SPRAY FLOOD PROTECTION Can be used as a primer coating, prior to applying our other Flood Protection products, or as a final coat of protection to fill any small openings or pinholes that may have been missed. Use in combination with our other Flood Protection products. Perfect for sealing hard-to-reach areas, such as door tracks, seams, windowsills, small openings, corners, irregular shapes, and more.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Always follow State and Local weather advisories and evacuation orders. Depending on the age and type of construction, there may be areas that cannot be seen or sealed. Unsealed porous surfaces may seep water during extended underwater exposure. Not designed to protect against extreme winds, water pressure, flying or floating debris. Not intended to stop water from flash floods or if there is structural damage to the building.

For best results, use our FLEX PASTE FLOOD PROTECTION IN A CARTRIDGE as the base coat for the first layer of protection, and our FLEX SEAL LIQUID FLOOD PROTECTION as a final coat to help seal openings that may not be visible.
