Material & Size: This drill bit extension features a 9/16" head diameter x 36" length and 1/4" shank diameter, with a #65 Carbon Steel cutting head and a spring steel shank. It is designed as an extension for all quarter inch Shank Cable Bits and any three-flat Shank Drill Bit.

Flexibility: The flex shank installer drill bit extension comes with a three flat non-slip grip on the chuck end and has been heat-treated for optimum strength and memory. While all extensions will flex to some degree, the shorter bits are not as flexible as the longer ones.
